Our new Yoga Stretch & Recover is an Active Recovery in between our Workouts!
Yoga poses (asanas) that focus on stretches to help tight and sore muscles.
Active Recovery / Active Rest!
Movement that is less intense than our regular workouts to maintain blood flow and speed up the muscle repair process in between our more intense workouts.
Improve balance, flexibility, posture, and breathing!

It will be the same style as our previous Bootcamp by the Beach workouts we had in the past.
Circuit of strength and huffy puffy exercises at a good pace and at a high intensity.
Short bursts of high intensity exercises with short bursts of rest in between, to get your heart rate up!

My Strength & HIIT training workouts are super effective so you will burn fat better, faster and for longer, even after your workout is done. You will also build lean muscle at the same time, tone up all over your body and start to wobble less. If you want to get rid of your arm fat and turn your flabby arms into toned arms, this program is for you. I will show you exactly what to do and how to do it, so you don't have to think about a thing. By the end of the program, you will feel more comfortable in your clothes and feel better about yourself. "I hate my flabby arms and tummy" will turn into "Look; I have muscles".

If you're a busy mum who doesn't have a lot of extra time to exercise, this program is for you. You only need 45 minutes two times a week to exercise with weights and at a high intensity to get results. If you want to have nicely toned arms and feel and look good in your clothes, you must exercise with weights to build lean muscle, speed up your metabolism and burn fat. As mums most of us struggle to put ourselves first as everything else always seems more important - this program offers you the opportunity to get results when you commit to only two workouts a week.

You can have chocolate and toned arms. You can have wine and a toned body. Yes, that's correct. I can tell you how. I can show you how to burn fat and get rid of arm and tummy fat without giving up the foods and treats you like and deserve. Yes, too much chocolate and too much wine will contribute to the flab on your body, but there is another way.

We’ve built our own Tribe of Moms over the past 5 years and absolutely LOVE IT!!! No hubbies or males allowed in our Studio! This is exclusively for Mums. Come for a Strong Body and Mind and stay for the Good Vibes! Make new friends and train hard while having fun. Each group is between 6 - 8 mums so it's nice and small and personal. All ladies are lovely and non-judgemental so it's a friendly training environment where everyone cheers each other on. It's the same ladies in each group so each of my 6 groups form their own unique bond over the 10 weeks. The group will consist of current and new mums so there will be different levels of fitness and strength in each group. Everyone progresses at their own pace so your competition will always be yourself.

I help mums change the way they think about exercising so that they can fit it into their life and look forward to their training sessions and never want to miss a workout. I teach mums how to exercise safely and properly to avoid injuries and overtraining by doing safe exercises with the correct form and technique. I help mums to get fit and strong physically and mentally by doing Strength and HIIT training and selecting the best exercises so that they can get the best results in the shortest time.
I help mums lose weight, tone up and turn wobbly bits into real muscles without spending hours exercising by doing high intensity workouts to speed up metabolism and burn fat faster and for longer, even after the workout is done.
I track everyone's weights over the 10-week period to make sure everyone progressively overload in order to get results. You won't find this in a big group training session!!!

Full body workout combining strength & huffy puffy exercises in a circuit format of 8 stations, designed to get busy mums like you the best results in the shortest amount of time. It will also include all the fitness & nutrition coaching info & guides plus mental wellbeing & women's health info and guides. Info about rest, recovery, stress, food & nutrition, sleep, guide to macros, how to turn your body into a fat-burning machine, how to get toned muscles and still eat chocolate, and more.
We will do a Health & Fitness Assessment Questionnaire and Check at the start of the program to make sure that your coach knows and understands you and what you need while training with Fit Strong Mums so that you can train safely. We will also set clear personal health & fitness goals for the 10-week program so that you know where you are and where you'd like to be.
At the end of the 10-week Program you will receive a progress report from your Personal Trainer to see how you've progressed over the 10 weeks of training together. Celebrating wins and acknowledging hard work is highly valued at Fit Strong Mums.
You will have the luxury of your own Personal Trainer during your training sessions, checking your form & technique. Your Personal Trainer will show you exactly what to do and how to do it and make sure you do the exercises correctly and safely.
You will have access to our private Fit Strong Mums Support Group for motivation, encouragement, health & fitness tips & education. This is a safe platform for learning, sharing and engaging with one another.

We will send you an invoice for a deposit which secures your training timeslot for your 10-week commitment to training on receipt of your payment.
We will then send you a further invoice for the balance of payment before training starts, where your options are:
· Pay the balance in full or;
· Set up an automatic payment over the 10-week training term.
If our training program is not for you, you can advise us within 7 days of the start date in writing and you will receive approval to cancel. We will acknowledge receipt of your cancellation in writing.
If you choose not to continue training after the initial 7 days, you must pay in full for the 10-week training term or continue an automatic payment until the end of the training term of 10-weeks.

If your injury means you cannot train for 6 weeks or more, we may be able to accept a cancellation or deferred training.
Turn up for every session! We provide a lot of tips and guidelines regarding training, safety, recovery and nutrition. We also offer training tips, coaching and support, motivation and challenges in our Private Facebook Group, so check this regularly also.
