At the beginning of our 10-week program, we'll conduct a comprehensive Health & Fitness Assessment to ensure your coach fully understands your unique needs and goals.
This personalized approach guarantees you can train safely and effectively.
We will also set clear, achievable health and fitness objectives, giving you a clear roadmap from where you are now to where you aspire to be.
Let's make your transformation journey safe, focused, and truly empowering!
At the end of the year, you will receive a progress report from your Personal Trainer to see how you've been doing and progressing. Celebrating wins and acknowledging hard work is highly valued at Fit Strong Mums.
You will have the luxury of your own Personal Trainer during your training sessions, checking your form & technique. Your Personal Trainer will show you exactly what to do and how to do it and make sure you do the exercises correctly and safely.
You will have access to our private Fit Strong Mums Support Group for motivation, encouragement, health & fitness tips & education. This is a safe platform for learning, sharing and engaging with one another.

We will send you an invoice for a deposit which secures your training timeslot for your 10-week commitment to training on receipt of your payment.
We will then send you a further invoice for the balance of payment before training starts, where your options are:
· Pay the balance in full or;
· Set up an automatic payment over the 10-week training term.
If our training program is not for you, you can advise us within 7 days of the start date in writing and you will receive approval to cancel. We will acknowledge receipt of your cancellation in writing.
If you choose not to continue training after the initial 7 days, you must pay in full for the 10-week training term or continue an automatic payment until the end of the training term of 10-weeks.

Please let us know if you are sick and cannot make your training session. Depending on capacity in other scheduled groups, we may be able to fit you in when well again.

If your injury means you cannot train for 6 weeks or more, we may be able to accept a cancellation or deferred training.
Turn up for every session! We provide a lot of tips and guidelines regarding training, safety, recovery and nutrition. We also offer training tips, coaching and support, motivation and challenges in our Private Facebook Group, so check this regularly also.
