This is an 8-week holistic nutrition weight loss program to not only help you reach your weight loss goals but also shift your mind, body and habits for maximum nutrition and weight loss & management to set you up for success for the long haul.

HOW THIS PROGRAM WORKS

We need to shift…

2. Nutrition and habits (method)

When we make changes in these 2 areas, weight loss is EASY!
Phase 1: Onboarding (time between signing-up/paying until the program starts)
Phase 2: Week 1 – Week 4 (Nutrition Plans will be provided, but can be adjusted to suit your personal food likes and dislikes)
Phase 3: Week 5 – Week 8 (You will become more involved in making food choices based on the Complete-in-3 rule)
Each week you will receive:
1. Monday Weekly Email with what is happening that week.
2. Tuesday Workshop/Coaching Video in our Private Facebook Group – coaching on nutrition and mindset.
3. Weekly Nutrition/Meal Plan for 3 meals a day, 7 days of the week for the first 4 weeks – sent out every Friday to prepare for the following week.
4. Daily Nutrition/Meal Coaching for every meal in our Private Facebook Group.
5. Weekly Mindset Worksheet – sent out every Monday plus initial Future You Workshop video on the first day to set you up for success.
6. Friday Weekly Check In & Accountability email with what you need to download / do for the following week (including the following week’s meal plan).
7. Support, motivation, encouragement, and accountability!
I don’t just focus on weight loss, but also on getting the body into balance using the Mindset & Method approach. I will show you how to balance your hormones with food and eat more while still losing weight (using the Volume Method) and how to be able to implement this into your busy lifestyle.

40-page Program Guide will be sent out before the start date to educate and guide you on the exact formula we are going to follow for 8 weeks that will help you lose weight by getting your body in balance (balanced blood sugar, hormones, and gut health).
When your body is in balance, it’s easy to lose weight.
Weekly workshop videos and coaching videos in our private Facebook group on Tuesdays to educate and implement shifts in nutrition, mindset and habits so shifting is easier.
Topics include… How to build a Weight Loss Smoothie, Nutrition Weight Loss Habits, Setting your space up for Success, Weight Loss Tools, Check in time & Core 4 Meals, Blood Sugar Management, Gut Health, How to balance Hormones, Setting yourself up for Success.
Weekly mindset work, kicking off with the most important piece of Mindset Work – Your Future Self Workshop - which is KEY to reaching your weight loss goals, followed by weekly mindset worksheets sent out every Monday to support your success. Support + support + support from your Nutrition Coach and even more support if you are self sabotaging (emotionally supporting with alcohol or food/sugary treats).
Weekly Nutrition Plans are sent out every Friday to help you prepare and help set you up for success with the following week’s meals and healthy habits. Meal Plans with carefully created meals that are balanced (3 meals a day / 7 days a week / for the first 4 weeks) can be adjusted to suit your personal likes and dislikes. You will receive a list of foods that you can use to swap out foods in case there’s anything you don’t like. The first 4 weeks will be used to educate and guide you so that you can start putting your own balanced healthy meals together from week 5 (with assistance and guidance of course). The objective is to empower you to know how to put your own healthy balanced meals together for a lifetime.
Daily posts in the Private Facebook Group for every meal (3 meals a day) every day (7 days a week) for the first 4 weeks of the program - following the carefully created meal plans for week 1, 2, 3 and 4 to teach, guide and coach you on food, nutrition, and balanced meals.
From week 5 until week 8 these daily coaching posts will be based on your meal selections to help you learn these skills so that you can build your own balanced meals based on what food you like to eat for a lifetime.
Weekly Accountability Emails sent out every Friday to check how you’re doing, keep you accountable for every week throughout the program and answer any questions you may have.
There will be loads of accountability, encouragement, motivation, coaching and communication throughout the weeks, but every Friday will be an official check-in with a check-in questionnaire to be completed.
The private group will house all the workshops & coaching videos and most of the nutrition, food, and mindset coaching so it’s an essential part of the program.
Daily checking is highly recommended and will contribute to a successful outcome. This group will be packed with teaching, motivation, coaching and encouragement.
Support, motivation, encouragement and accountability from your Personal Nutrition & Weight Loss Coach but also the support from the Group.
There is a HUGE amount of POWER in a group of people who are on the same journey, and this plays a big role in the success of your weight loss journey.
